The company is owned and operated by the company CEO Francois Griessel who has extensive experience in the marketing and management of residential, sectional title and commercial properties.
As the previous Regional and Business Development Manager of one of South Africa's largest residential property agencies, Francois managed and marketed properties for clients like ABSA Bank, Anglo Platinum, City Councils, Real People Housing and Sanlam to name a few. This experience motivated and equipped Francois to start National Letting.

By head office handling most of the “dirty work” the agent can focus on areas that bring in the money enabling the agent to earn considerable income while building the business.

The colours are striking and play a huge part in the IN YOUR FACE marketing strategy that has been implemented around the country. The branding and systems have been extensively tested in the market place with above expecting results and feedback. National Letting will provide each independent agent with 20 National Letting branded boards, 2000 pamphlets, training on our unique marketing strategies, access to place advertisements on our website and the ability to view your portfolio online (24/7). Independent Agents will however be responsible for cost of marketing material and operating expenses.
